Found this secret path to this bed. Going into the water shows a face surrounded by graves. One of the mazes underground looks alot like a qr code

There’s one crypo-pod I can’t figure out how to get - because one of the enemies is surrounded by tombstones, and there’s a ladder next to him. I can’t for the life of me find what connects to this ladder. Any help appreciated!
