Achievement Questions
So, this is my first time playing a full run (on Unfair difficulty). While playing, I noticed that I get an in-game popup for receiving an achievement, but it doesn't actually give me the achievement on Steam- the only achievement I have is the one for getting through the prologue. No mods and no difficulty changes, though I do use turn based mode (and I was doing that when I got the first achievement).

Also, I appear to be getting achievement notifications for things I definitely didn't do- for example, I've gotten all three of the "Choose 3 Lawful/Chaotic/Neutral Story Choices" popup when I've only done 2/3 of those.

Not sure if this is a "turn-based mode turns off achievements" issue or an actual bug I can fix.

Steam is doing pop-ups for partialy doing achievements too, if achievement has X/Y bar. So those are normal. They will pop up each time you do such choices.

Dunno about not getting others. Are they also partial? What you should have that you did not get?

I haven't received achievement progress pop-ups in-game recently. So, I'm not sure if that's due to a Steam update or something else.

Well if you did not kill Stag Lord, there is like one achievement you can do in chapter 1, and that is kill Owlbear Treant in Temple of the Elk as solo at lvl 2 at Hard difficulty or higher. So if you are not at that point you SHOULD have only 1 achievement unlocked.

The pop-ups can be just random encounters counts (X/100), or alignement story choices (X/3).

At this point, I'm assuming it's just fully broken- I'm at the end of Act 2 at this point and still one achievement logged. Did some digging and it sometimes happens to older unity games. I should have the Owlbear achievement though, lol. A little salty about that one.

you can if you want to manually unlock this achievements using a tool called "steam achievement manager" it's a bit tedious that you'd have to do this this way but idk another solution for this sadly.
