How do you use it? I have the vial and syringes, but can't use either.

Nevernind- I see now that I need to craft the a tual injector item at the med bench

Ok, that's good to know. But how do you make more of it? It doesn't appear to be an option in the med bench.

You first need to obtain a recipe from [Secret Laboratory] location after helping out with big zombie.
