Tutorial - Research
During the research tutorial, when the game was trying to get me to research the well, the popup was covering it and there was no way to move it without completely exiting out of the research screen, moving the camera, and hoping it didn't cover it again

Thanks for the report, that is strange, it should be in the middle at that point. What resolution are you playing at? So I can try to reproduce it. Thanks!
