You can find it on the top of Steam. Click on view, then servers. Change the filter (located in the bottom left) to 'Murderous Pursuits' and voila! You see all the servers with all the players currently playing. For some reason, quick play doesnt always connect to these servers, so just press click on a server and press on 'connect' in the bottom right. I dont think it matters whether or not the game is already launched or not...
