What do I do? I'd love to be able to play this game.

I have nearly finished the game but have gotten 0 achievements, am I doing something wrong?

After I got all 20 Endings and pressed start I just got the message "The space doesn't exist, initialization failed." Is that a bug in the game or has it something to do with the secret achievement?

I did clear the game with all the endings, but I deleted the save file to get the last achievement, the thing is that I need the save to get an achievement in Transparent Black and I don't wanna replay the whole game again to get the file, so, if someone is so kind to share their save, I'd be pretty grateful...
