I hate this stupid issue, I don't know why this is so difficult but when I plug my controller in my pc, it automatically detects it, but then it acts like I am the second player with my controller, while the keyboard is still the main controller.

If I use the keyboard with the controller plugged in, it forces both characters to move the exact same way, effectively mirroring eachother.

If I unplug the controller, it goes back to single-player mode, with the 2nd character back in AI mode instead of mirroring my actions.

If I try to use the controller by itself without the keyboard (with the keyboard still plugged in) it will only move the '2nd' character but the other character stays still.

How do I get the controller to be the main controller as if there is no 2nd player involved?
I don't want the character to stand still, nor do I want it to mirror my actions, I just wanna play the game by myself with the AI acting as it should with my controller.

Anyone have any clue? Do I have to unplug my keyboard for this? That would be stupid.
