I've killed Death Gaze's bonus mission a few times and the achievement still hasn't popped.
Seems like the level 42 quest is supposed to be enough, but I've had no luck...

Does anyone know if you have to do it with real players, or is it bugged? Also, if anyone would like to try it out in co-op, please let me know!
