Also I've read many positive things about the game that completely contradict your post so i wouldn't take anything you have to say seriously at all and certainly not let your "opinion" sway anyone whether to buy it or not.

arcade mode, garbage.
final fantasy mode, garbage.
world exploration, garbage.
side content, garbage.
bare bones in RPG mechanics.
there are no weaknesses besides staggering.
no strategy other than going DMC on every enemy.
no party play
no chests, dungeons or secret bosses.
the hunt system is garbage because it's a waste of time. in FF12 there were 50 hunts and they were incredibly satistfying to do alongside an amazing world with mystery and loot to find and grind for.
FF16's strenght lies in story and music only.
just release a movie if they refuse to expand on the game.

Besides, as I said in the other thread, different strokes for different people. If it's not your cup of tea, moving on would be the wisest choice, instead of ranting about a game - you specifically - didn't like.

Lastly, there are other - more reliably - sources where people themselves can inform themselves. Your's is just a veiled attempt at ranting about a game that wasn't up your alley. Nothing informative about that, by the way.

i have been a fan of FF since the 90's played them all except 16.
me and people with similar experiences are going to complain because we deserve more than just a playable movie.

i wasn't being hostile either until penance came in and started being aggressive with me.

Ignore the OP. I have the game on my PS5, The game is good. I am enjoying it. The op is just an angry boy that is upset that the game isn't on pc at the moment and they can't afford a PS5 to play it.

You cannot make a genuine qualitative statement on a video game if you have not played said video game. It only shows your horrible way of consuming media and your inability to form your own opinion without outside influence.

If you're truly as old as you claimed to be, you should've known better than getting all emotional and quickly jump on the love/hate bandwagon after watching some YouTube videos and/or reading some articles.

I bet you if this was on PC none of these threads about not getting the game wouldn't be popping up. Fortunately I don't have this PC elites mentality and own a PS5 as well as a Nintendo Switch and 2 built pc's to play games on. I have been gaming for 40 years now. I spent about 3 grand or more on both of my pc's and still have a console to play exclusives.

Unfortunately when you get to be my age, waiting a year or more is not a luxury I have. If I was 20, sure it would no problem. But the game is fun and the story is good.

I don't really see watching a youtube video and playing the game the same thing.
