First, the ability to toggle the fire button. The VAST majority of the time, you just want to have the fire button held down, and that means it should be a toggle. Second, the perk bar at the bottom should be clearly visible when choosing a perk or the game is paused. There's no reason to force players to try to check it while dodging beasties....

I am curious about how far folks are in progress, if you're still playing TvL. I know there are people further into the Dreamlands than me, I still try to pick up a level or two every day if I can. Like do you ever reach points where you feel like you have super OP dps etc and are just killing everything with little effort?

I watched the trailer and some gameplay for this game. It reminds me a bit of Gauntlet, which I liked a lot as a teenager. I usually play turned based and strategy titles, but thought I would give it a try. The first few levels seemed fun, but then the difficult levels ramp up VERY quickly. Overall, I'm just not finding it fun trying to aim and then remind myself how to level up, etc. in the middle of everything. I was just playing Excavation Site on Eldritch, and managed to get Lightning Ball Gun + a few Extra Barrels early on, so I got lots of "multikills", getting quite a few perk drops on the stage.
