No, and I highly doubt there will be a patch. But Key has always been terrible at creating H-scenes, so you're not missing much.

Nope, no 18+ patch is coming, at least nothing about it has ever been stated.
As far as I know the adult content was removed from the game while it was remade in the new engine the English Edition uses.

Besides, I've played all the adult scenes in the original EX version, they're pretty bad and felt really out of place.
