Hello, you need to download save files you had had before your tunes and liveries went to stock.
Those files are in your Steam Cloud:

Put them in your game's save folder:
C:\\\\user\\\\AppData\\\\LocalLow\\\\CarX Technologies\\\\Drift Racing Online\\\\Cache

''Lost all my tunes and liveries after 3 years'' Me too, i quit... other devs will get my wallet, never 2 without 3 hein... so, i will not lose my time with this game for a third for sure.

I try to be polite but hell damn this kind sh!t are not supposed to be. when i go to see my files in the cache folder every save is from the same date and everything before is gone, i have never change anything on my config or whatever, now im stuck and hate my fav game now...
