Is this collection "completed"?
Do the 3 games have all the extra content / expansions, if any? Capcom seems to have a habit of putting incomplete games on PC, like Onimusha and DmC

Yes

Do you consider the style switching that was shoehorned into the Nintendo version to be extra content?

DMC2 requires switching to a PAL Language like French if you want to use the Unlimited DT code since unlimited DT wasn't in the NTSC version only got added later to the PAL version.

DMC3 is the Special Edition so yes it comes with playable Vergil and Bloody Palace.

When it comes to Onimusha that's a bit more complex since the PS2 version and Genma Onimusha on Xbox are different games. Genma is much more difficult it's like the Dante Must Die mode of Onimusha 1, so I can understand why the stuck with the PS2 version, although it would have been nice if there was both versions, at least Genma Onimisha can be emulated on XEMU nowadays.

And while it sucks that the DmC Reboot never got it's definitive content, the PC version was release 2 years before the Definitive version.

DMC5 never getting the excusive Special Edition content is far more Egregious IMO because they have gone back and added Ray Tracying to Resident Evil 2 and 3, so there is nothing stopping them from updating the PC version of DMC5.

Wait, i'm playing DMC5 right now actually, i'm halfway through the game. Are we missing any gameplay content?

Aside from Ray Tracying, while they added Playable Vergil, they left out Turbo Mode which increases gameplay speed by 20%, and Legendary Dark Knight difficulty, which is an altered Son of Sparda difficulty they massively increases the enemy count.
Them leaving LDK mode out of the PC version is extra insulting because that mode only existed in the first place because of the original PC version of DMC4.

Thanks to the community Both Trubo mode and LDK mode can be modded into the DMC5, but it shouldn't have to be modded in, when both of those things have been on PC before.
