This is a very good game: it has excellent graphics, appealing voice acting, literate dialogue, and an interesting story. It's quite easy for experienced adventure gamers, but that just means you won't have to rely on a walkthrough all the time. But the ending is pretty poor. I won't reveal anything but it feels like a setup for a sequel, Still Life-style....

Why is this game so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ expensive on Steam? GamersGate lists this for 6 € http://www.gamersgate.com/DD-AE/alter-ego and Steam for !!! 19 €. NINETEEN? Why such a TITANIC difference?

When playing the detective I got to the part where I have to talk to the prisoner, I can't pressure him enough because there are only 3 options of dialogue instead of 4. For that reason I can't complete the game even when following walkthroughs. Please let me know if You have any tips, I probably did something wrong and maybe there is a way to fix it....

BM1 was alright, story was predictable but the sequel is a giant leap forward - loved the game. Busy with BM3 atm. Found this game while looking at the developers on wiki and noticed all the mixed reviews...is it really that bad?

I'm locked.. I can't save.. I can waste 10 minutes getting back to where I was, but I'm sure glad I saved. It's real early on and I'm just coming out of the pub's Cellar door, talk to the girl, then go to leave and decide to try to play dice. It has a greyed out 'play' button and 'back' doesn't work... urgh :P...
