I played it today in my notebook gamer with 144hz monitor and it's running about 30 fps without skipping frames, looks extremely slow and pretty unplayable. =(

After the green or red bar fills up, all the powerups give 100 points. Does it mean that each weapon only has 2 levels? The starting gun becomes double and that's it? I kind of expected to continue powering up every time the bar fills up.

I opened up the NVIDIA control panel and clicked on "Add" to enable customization for super_hydorah.exe. I chose "Max Frame Rate - 60 FPS" and "Monitor Technology - Fixed Refresh" instead of G-sync and the game works fine. I use a 4k 120Hz display and the game ran slower than the audio (I assume half speed) before I made these changes and it was unplayable. Now it's great!...

Just installed this after reading it was updated recently and the entire game, even the menus, are running at 2x or 3x faster. EDIT: Figured it out. Game speed is now tied to refresh rate. Please fix this
