Hollow Fragment Delay
AFTER A WHOLE WEEK, THE GAME IS HERE! EVERYONE ENJOY TO YOUR HEART'S CONTENT!

Just like all of you, I'm also♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥about the delay. Had to tough it out this whole week with those stupid tests before going onto spring break, this game was my only hope which drove me to do some♥♥♥♥♥♥at school but as again Bandai has let us down. Sadly it's not even refundable even though they couldn't keep the end of their deal.

Now rather than just ranting on I want a final release date from Bandai, while hoping it's in spring break time because I don't want to wait another ♥♥♥♥ing month or maybe more. If you can't even do that at least let us refund, Bandai.

-Sincerely on behalf of all the people you♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥off.

UPDATE:

Seeing the replies, I concluded that they WILL have to give us the game some point because they have a reputation to uphold as one of the top anime companies. Not only that, there will be problems in court such as false-advertising which will force steam to actually give us a refund (but that's incredibly low chance because they have a reputation to uphold).

Hi dear fans of SAO,
You noticed it already, Sword Art Online RE: Hollow fragment hasn't been released on 23rd of March as initially scheduled. We are currently investigating what happenned and doing our best to release the game as soon as possible.
Please accept our humble excuses and expect more news from us very soon.

Seriously, calm the hell down. It happens. Do you know how hard it is to port an old game, let alone REMASTER it!? Problems were bound to happen.

Cut them some slack and chill out. It was bound to happen, just let them sort out whatever needs to be done. You'll be getting it eitherway.

It's not easy to port games y'know. Let alone a game that has been remastered from PSP to PS4, and now coming on to PC. Calm down.

Yeah man, let people refund a free packaged deal that came with pre-ordering another game. Give us our free back.
Sparka 23 Mar, 2018 @ 3:21pm
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...even the main game is incomplete, broken, and too exploitable. Too many cheaters. Now we dont even get the game we bought? It wasnt free, it was part of a deal to get us to buy their game.

I'm asking for help in taking legal action agaist Steam if they refuse to give a refund for products that we pay for and did not receive.

When I preordered this game, they said we get a 2nd game with it if we preordered. (Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment) They said it would be released by March 23rd. Today they posted news saying that game is not going to be released. So I want my money back. Steam can get a refund from them, its not fair to steal from me.

They didn't keep their end of the bargain which I don't appreciate, I was so hyped for the game that I even thought that I should skip my tests today, and come home early.

"It happens sometimes", I couldn't care less if it does. I at least want to know another due date but these idiots just gave us a short sorry note with no other info.

i dont think steam will do anything about this. i wouldnt be surprised if bamco gave a fake date on purpose to get people to preorder the game. there was nothing shown about the game at all. theres literally no appid for HF at all. developers usually reserve an appid for a game well in advanced, as it stands now theres no evidence that there was even a pc port in the first place.

This is False, Sword Art Online Hollow Realization didn't get an appid until about 4 minutes before it came out, same with Accel World vs SAO.

Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet got an appid when the store page got put up.

Not having an appid immediately don't me jack squat.

At least you guys are getting it. I pre-ordered, but didn't get the pre-order bonus and Bandai's support department basically told me that they won't add it even though I pre-ordered because they don't help with that.

I know it doesnt mean much but it was the only thing we could have checked to see that the pc port was atleast real. there hasnt been any screenshots/media at all about the port. getting the unannounced port out the door in 1 month was really unrealistic and im not surprised that it didnt meet its deadline.

They haven't only been working on it for a month, they announced it in January, which would of meant they were already in the process of working on the port, and then on February 21st, they felt comfortable enough to tell us the release date of the port, they've been porting the SAO games to PC since as early as 2017.

As in an interview the producer was asked how he felt about PC and Xbox One as potential platforms, and he said he's looking into the possibilites of all the SAO games on steam, and here we are 3 of 5 SAO games are on PC, and a 4th one is coming, we just don't know when since it was delayed.

As I said I want to refund it ALL, it's not like Fatal Bullet itself was good.

It's not like you played it for 100+ hours.
