I just had a fresh install of windows and installed steam tried to get the code from email(it was my only choice as i didnt update my phone details after it died)i was putting in the wrong password in to email account and they blocked me,i cant log in to my account so i started this 1.What can be done to retrieve my old games from other account?PLEASE HELP
