hi can anyone tell me why the controllers don't work? the only thing that works is selecting the weapons.
X or Y do not work
not even running works
no matter which configuration i choose

How are you connecting your VR headset to SteamVR? Are you using the native Pico connection software, or some third party app like Virtual Desktop or Steamlink?

With a cable connection between your VR headset and the PC?

i use the standard displayport cable from the headset
I've made a refund for now and might come back later
