NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
So the warning of the game is correct, you should refund the game unless you plan to get a better GPU any time soon.
Nvidia GTX 1060 / AMD RX 580 - 6 GB VRAM
So that's what you'd need to get at least to be able to run cyubeVR.
Did you really see the message telling you that you have too little VRAM, on your RTX 2070? That should never be able to happen, as the RTX 2070 has 8 GB VRAM and the message should only ever appear on GPUs with less than 6 GB VRAM, so basically only GPUs with 4 GB VRAM. If you really saw that message on your RTX 2070, that would be a bug that I'd definitely want to fix.
Definitely interesting, it's the first time I've ever heard about anyone incorrectly seeing that message. So you saw exactly the message saying "Unfortunately, your GPU does not have enough VRAM to run cyubeVR."?
It would be really interesting if you could somehow reproduce the issue and make it happen again, but I assume you won't be able to do that.
When you got that message, did you try to launch the game only once, saw that message, then restarted your PC, and then it worked, or did you try to launch the game multiple times before you restarted the PC, and it was showing the same message every time you tried to launch it?
