I didn't know you could have 8, i've had two play throughs before but only married once and remained childless.. My try for a child this time.. I'm trying to work out if the aliminum and pyrate bars are actually used for something it is so hard to find info on this game.

Try searching for Pumpkin Days Wiki - there is a crafting page that covers most things.

Yeah done that. still, don't see what i can craft with them. Certainly not tools. Maybe they are just for the museum..

I'm not sure if this is something you'd be interested in but it's a huge google sheets doc that has a way to track your progress, all recipes, things about NPCs, festivals, crops, etc.
Super cool and fun to have open while you play I think!

I started back up and now I'm having the "just one more day" problem on work nights.

That's not a good thing, I have too many hours in this game...

Still playing in 2024 and will continue in 2025, even if there aren't any updates yet and some features like german translation does not seem to be finished yet, Pumpkin Days is a great life sim that is well balanced even if i wish to have longer ingame days for traveling as this seems to be a rush through the island and caves.

Only bug i came across was while fishing with meteorite rod while talking to someone it does start the mini game.

What i think the game needs yet is a more open way for modding like adding different hair, maybe textures for them, animation and few things like that.

But still love the game since i've first played it.

DId you know you can lengthen the time of day.. In the settings. Menu -> Admin -> Day length

Thought the admin settings was just for multiplayer settings

Yeah I played for a little bit but stopped now.. But honestly love this game.. and yeah the day length thing does work, but its not that easily found if ya don't know :)
