Stuck mirror marsh one way arrows
I am stuck in a location where all the exits have one way arrows stopping me from leaving. I searched all walls for secret doors but could find none.
I think the answer has to do with the puddles of water? Anyone know how those work?

It's a _mirror_ marsh. ;)

(There are two maps, with the different locations and arrow configurations, connected through marsh puddles).

That is exactly it. This dungeon can be quite a death trap in the early stages of the game.
