I've tried restarting, reinstalling, and different avenues throughout the game but Louis never shows up where he's supposed to and it's making it difficult to continue in the game. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated...

I have done every trick out there on the internet to the grain to just focusing on where it highlights. But no matter what I do the big triangle piece that has one spot to go does not highlight or fit with no white spaces. Anyone have any tips

I'm having issues with the floor puzzle. I already know the pieces need to fit in without any pixels showing, however it is not possible. Either the pieces don't light up, or if they do, there's a pixel's width white line between the edge of the puzzle. Another weird thing about the puzzle is that there are pices that fit in the first attempt at the puzzle, but then are impossible to fit in again after I save the game.
