No, you can't. I also consider as cutscenes: interactive cutscenes, forced slow walking behind NPCs, waiting on scripts to happen.

I was just going to be like..

I've played this game so many times, that I actually created save points between every cutscene so I could just easily skip them and enjoy reruns of this game because the gameplay is really the whole reason why I'm here.

I wish this mod came out sooner, I really appreciate your work.
