Any reason why? Is there something I can edit to get a higher framerate?

"Slaughter 1000 zombies in the arena" - has this to be done in ONE RUN ? I know that nearly nobody has obtained this achievement (without cheating), but can anyone answer my question please ?

I cant unlocked the achievement for collecting all 6 cards and all 100 doctors DNA. I have completed the game, defeated the doctor and still haven't unlocked the 6 cards achievement. After completing the game, i came back to collect all of the DNA and have not unlocked that achievement either. Anyone else having this issue?...
