my game will not launch, it has no mods

i haven't got the game to launch once, ive uninstalled, reinstalled the game nad steam vr, tried both in and out of beta, i even tried multiple vr headsets, the game just wont start, can someone please help me out

Having the same problem. Uninstalled the game completely and it just refuses to load up. Gets hung up on the loading screen.

Hey, I figured it out. Have you modded the game before? If so, once you uninstall the game, go to the installation folder and delete any files that are left in the folder, then reinstall.

If you haven't modded in the past then I'm not sure what you could do.

Also checking the MyGames folder in Documents will help, check if there is a SkyrimVR folder, if so delete it (this will probably corrupt game saves that have lots of mods on them, though.)

I've tried this and it still didn't work for me. I made a seperate post on this before I saw this post. The game pops up, maybe even gets as far as seeing the Bethesda logo, and then it closes.

Edit: I don't know what I did this time 'round, but it's working now
