I am missing Episode 1 (Knave) of Season 2 to this show. It is unavailable to purchase seperately and is not included in the bundle package. I would really like to purchase the episode to complete the show, is there any way to do so? Season 2 Episode 1(S2ep1) is the only part of this show that I'm missing....

May as well just buy it on bluray.
