Then both are bugged, cause i finished the whole game and they did not unlock.

Same here. BTW Total Cost is episode 2 not Chapter 2 and this achievement can't be missed since it's part of the main game progression. Which means this achievement is broken.

Hey thanks, yes that is correct, these achievements seem somehow broken but this issue is not common indeed. We investigated this and we'll push another update this weekend which includes fixes for this also.

For the Bookworm achievement, does anyone know the total number of notes to be read. I have found 16, but no joy.
For the Executioner achievement, is this cumulative over numerous playthroughs?
For Inside the Chaos achievement, which episode is this found in? I've looked all over during 3 playthroughs now and can't find a "hidden area" any where.

I played and checked it.
EP1: 1 book
EP2: 2 books
EP3: 5 books
EP4: 4 books
EP5: 1 book
EP6: 2 books
EP7: 1 book
EP8: 1 book

Total: I found 17 books.
However, I didn't get any achievements.

"Executioner"
I tried two sets to defeat more than 10 enemies who surrendered in EP2, but with no success.

"Inside of Chaos"
It's a playful track record. I was able to get this. thanks you.

Well, somehow enemies don´t surrender in episode 2. I had that only once in my first playthrough.

Tried the episode many times after that and never a enemie surrendered again.
How do you get em to surrender?

Thanks for the hint. I will give Episode 3 a revisit today.

Another question regarding the Bookworm achievement, do you have to locate/read each note in one play-through to obtain the achievement or can you use Episode select to locate/read note(s) you missed?

If the enemy fires several times, it will reload repeatedly. After a few turns, the magazine runs out and raises your hand to surrender on the spot. If you don't do it on the easiest difficulty level, the damage you take can be severe.

So, nice patch:

-"Forgiving achievement" now has worked
-"Total Cost" achievment now has workd

I got still 4 to go:

Do you have to execute 10 enemies in one Playthrough or do they count all over the game?

Same for the Bookworm thing. I dont know if you have to find all notes in one playthrough.

There still seems to be a problem with 2 of the achievements as follows;
Cold Sweat - I have played thru the game 4 times now and survived Episode 4's big battle at the end. Unfortunately, even thought I survived, my success does not enable the achievement.
Bookworm - I've found and read 17 notes during one play-through. Again, the achievement is not recognized.
Are these two achievements broken?
