Controller support please

I remember good times with this on the dreamcast. KBM just doesn't feel right....

100% this. Quite a number of games that were on console and had controller support that got ported to PC w/o it.

I did not have a dreamcast so I only played the PC version back then and the whole "swipe your mouse around in different patterns to do different moves" felt both "different and fresh" but also "clunky and annoying".

So how did the dreamcast version do it?

Did you have to flick your thumbstick around to execute the different moves?
