I have raft in my inventory yet cannot move into ocean tile

I play on normal difficulty and just the "forced" quests generally end the game on me quickly by losing a couple characters early on (nothing like losing one or two characters on the Kurv game). Plus I keep on getting stuck on maps with little food variety and a ton of roaming lightbringers. And for the love of god, make it so you can save and reload....

so the game will auto save on a seperate save file in loading menu. i assume everytime i load up the game and hit continue it'll select that save file and load it. problem is that the playthrough usually 'die' with the game telling me to report bug and save file has been corrupted. so i did, and tried another method, manual saving. i've gotten well past turn 250 on most playthroughs without crashes like that. anyone else experienced this?...

It is very strange. I remove some messages on right and sometimes by mistake I also remove level up information. Then I dont see ANY place when I can level up my character? In such situation level or turn for leveling is lost or I miss something (it is annoying especially if you dont have manual saving and can not load it before this mistake)? It is very stupid IMHO :). Also with village these level up should show on main window not hidden after many messages and dont fit on screen :)....

Those lategame enemies have ridiculous damage and I just can't survive without shield leech. Are there other ways to beat them?
