I guess you could try to brute force it.
Copy the workshop item folders to your Thea installation streamingassets/mods
I don't know what could prevent it from working though beside corruption...

As per Xenoreaver advises somewhere on steam forums, I had directly dl the mods via nexus and all is fine. Only regret: TheaFr not available on nexus ^^ Thank you for your mods mate and your help

yeah that's also an option, it's pretty much the same thing as just copying the workshop files into the folder, so if you want a specific one that isn't on nexus you can do that :)

Thea 2 mods downloaded through Steam can be found here:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\606230\
Each mod will be just a numbered folder.

BTW , I am under the impression that "improvment point" (blue square logo with a + inside) come from one of your mod ? Because I can't find any clue on the forum about how to use it. If ever ?

Building overhaul.
You can use it for a special selection of buildings, it's at the end of one of the idol branches.
