Despite, or perhaps because of the Xbox's limitations, the controls aren't as deep as you'd expect, but you have all the options and tools you need to fight your way through enemy lines. Somehow, the familiar Star Wars visuals and sound are placed in a gritter and darker tone, but they're still completely recognizable as Star Wars. The voice acting is convincing for the small cast, making you bond with your impressively smart AI-controlled squad, and care about them. As a cherry on top, the surprising difficulty makes victories feel earned and truly brings the fantasy of being a commando in this universe to life.

This is a first party title with an impressive amount of passion and creativity that sought to bring a cool initial idea to life, and honestly, it completely won me over from the tutorial to the end.
We really don't see such effortlessly cool things from this IP anymore, and likely never ever will.
I don't think I can recommend this game more if I wanted.

A game with a nothing story, enemies that are either bullet sponges or ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, that really should be a game I don't recommend, but I simply cannot because of how cool this game makes you feel. Somehow despite all of it's flaws the rule of cool just skyrockets this game considerably beyond what it deserves.

This definitely needs a remaster ASAP. First-person Star Wars squad shooter is underrated.
