Played the game 5 times now and no way to exit desktop?

Hey guys i'm having trouble downloading the game any suggestions?

Could not find any lets plays of this game, so I bought it and made one myself. I completely suck, but I'm really enjoying this game. Has an old school vibe with the single screen arcade action and it's very easy to die, so you have to be really good to survive that long. Since they don't really tell you in game or allow you to change it. The ones I know: arrow keys for moving C for sword attack X for shuriken Z for jump I think P or J allows you to go back from menu screens. I don't if there is a key that allows you to quit the game because it seems you have to alt tab out of it and close it that way. How do you change the weapon? I mean the stuff you find like the bazooka or mines how do you equip them?...
