Who can marry and have kids ?
Can agents marry or have kids ?
What about generals ?
Or anyone currently doing a mission ?

I haven't observed any kind of action or job impeding marriage or having children.

As far as I know, everybody is able to marry and have kids unless they have a trait that prohibits that (such as "eunuch") but I think even the trait "gay" doesn't stop them, it just possibly makes it less likely.

As far as I've seen, jobs do not stop one from having kids or getting married.
