Is worth to buy it?
Aprox. 200 people playing it daily.
Is it easy to find matches?
Is it still worth buying?

More than 200 people play it daily, there's just ~100 players online at the same time, we do reach ~200 sometimes of the day though as well. Lobbies don't take long to fill really. You can request a refund from steam if you have trouble anyway. I'd say give it a try. If you're not interested before the 2h threshold of steam for refunds is over, just refund it.

I've been having a blast with it... got an easy 400 hours of fun out of it so far. Last I've checked it never takes more than 1-2 minutes to get in a game. If you enjoy social deduction games IMO it is 100% worth it.

The game is really good, I've got like 900 hours in it or something which is atrocious, but it's fun. Can take a while to get into a game (two to five minutes sometimes) but once you learn how things work you can have a good time.

All of you are right.
The only issue is mastering this game.

Almost 500 hours in, devs still keep updating to keep game fresh and interesting. Highly reccomend despite the meme-heavy slightly toxic playerbase.
I mean, sometimes you have to wait in queue a bit, but half of the game is waiting anyway XD so you get used to it..... really it's a good multitask game, I very rarely play this without doing something, or having a youtube open or something else unless I am Mastermind, and have to focus on fake logs, and whatnot.

Devs are almost CONSTANTLY making changes to classes, abilities, and this and that, so it is always fresh XD That might be annoying to a new player, but in the grand scheme of things it is a good thing.

It's also a good alternative game to have among a world full of stressful games :P

Yeah it's worth it! Replay value out the ding-dong and it doesn't take very long at all to find a game.

edit: As posted above, the devs are always working on and adding new stuff to the game.

Depending of the time of day you might have to wait a couple minutes for a lobby to start, but it is way more fun than Town of Salem due to more connected class mechanics and the conversions.
The community is mixed but on the better side when it comes to online communitys + the developers try to root out foul behavior where they can.

I think it's worth it but I wouldn't expect it to last for 2 more years. (10 bucks though ... what's there to lose?)
What options do you have? It's this or town of salem, which is a very vanilla version of this and is really unbalanced.
but I wouldn't expect it to last for 2 more years
What the heck lol I'm sorta offended by this O_o

We've grown to 50k playerbase in less than a year and have had the budget to improve like crazy ~ plus the replayability factor. We're gonna be here for a decade+.

XD Ohohohoho, you offended the dev :P.

Here is food for thought devs, what if another similar game comes along, is that in the realm of possibility in the next 2 years?

Poor devs, keep up the good work, I like that you are constantly updating this (Don't always like the changes) but most of the time it's good :)

We know we're not the first of the genre (we're 30 years behind on that), so we greatly welcome competition. Every werewolf/mafia style game has their own flavor that, while similar, is always hard to match. For example, we're very different than Werewolves Within and Town of Salem, similarly to League of Legends is very different from Heroes of the Storm -- yet both fun in different ways.

However, not all devs think so brilliantly *hair flows through hair with an eye-shined grin* and not all devs react so "kindly" to competitors. We hope the "next big" social deduction game will partner with us and cross-promote. One of those "other devs" -- not to say title names, but perhaps censored is ok -- so, S*cret H*tler actually "reported us for spam" during our Kickstarter when we reached out to them in a friendly manner! Man!

EDIT 1: Lol, I wonder if I still have that message...

EDIT 2: Found it -- reaching out to competitors with warmth and compassion since Q1 2017 @ https://i.imgur.com/7jPgKlX.jpg

But yeah, as long as the devs are friendly, I'd rather be their friend than their enemy. Heck, I'd cross-promote with Town of Salem if they weren't so aggressive towards us. The fact is -- this is a NICHE genre and the more competition is out there, the more this genre is recognized. We don't even have an official "Social Deduction" steam tag yet for the genre!

Competition = healthy for ALL competitors for this genre.

Well put response, also TOS has been around for a loooong time, and still has players :)

I am king of hoping for an interactive deduction game, kind of like TOL + the ship, where you are actually walking around, doing things, looking for clues, sneaking around. And maybe have characters have their own agenda, so the detective for example could have an agena to frame someone.

Just my own idea if I were a game dev ^-^

something to look at https://store.steampowered.com/app/466240/Deceit/

or trouble in terrorist town servers in garrys mod.

More or less both roll around the concept of majority vs minority real time (you have to shoot someone if they are evil).

I don't think either of those have "neutral" type classes. just infected or traitors, vs good. (trouble in terrorist town I believe has a confirmed detective that can identify bodies etc...)

The Ship, Deceit, Spy Party. They're all fun, but IMO so much freedom (on the Ship, esp) makes trolls do way too much damage. All of these games are great, but the replayability factor can't compare to ToL (or even ToS -- any of the more "structured", tabletop-like social deduction games)

Yeah, well the ship is also dead :( remasted too. I watched a gameplay of Deceit, as soon as the guy made his first kill the guy screamed on the mic who was attacking him, and everyone knew who it was already, so that is kind of a weird meta. (also there is no way to type? I'm not on board with this mic only elitism)

Spy party didn't seem balance from a vid I watched, you are supposed to steal some statue thing, and the sniper can just get you every time, it seemed like too simple of a meta, and not worth 25$ friggen dollars.

Oh, and the new one murderous pursuits? Didn't seem that great.
