Every time when this event come up I try my luck, but I never get anything out of this event. It says 30% chance, but like in 20 rounds it didnt happend once. Did anybody had an positve outcome of this event anytime?

I have a PBEM 1946 scenario. Keeps crashing when I click on a unit, says "segmentation violation." this does not happen (yet) other scenarios. Happened 3 times in one turn, I'm afraid to try to continue as it will appear to the servers that I'm reloading, cheating. Any help appreciated. Challenge ID 477120. My opponent didnt conquer paris because he wanted to conquer algier first to decline vichy. Because of that I had troops in algeria...later after he started barbarossa he conquered algier and accepted vichy... then all my brithish tropps in algeria died instantly. It think this is really unfair, please fix that...

In my first playthrough as axis i tried to capture Malta( without success), zeroed down the points of both ports and also zeroed the city with italian BBs each round. Then 4 TAC bombed the city for 1 1/2 year without able to kill the unit, even they took away >10 points of the enemy unit during the time. So my suspicion is it does reinforce even if the city is at 0 at the end of the turn.
