I have been surfing the internet for a clear description of how to install real traffic and real color. I have found none that make sense to me. Could somebody please clarify on how to install them into the game from steam. I do not know much about tech so please SIMPLIFY it. Thanks....

After watching hundrets of videos about how to install real traffic and real colors i still do not understand how to install it. Can someone help ?

I started with the official User Manual and fixed typos, grammar issues, clarified paragraphs to match behavior in the game, and added airport charts. I'm using mouse commands but can't even figure how to tell planes which route to use on taxi etc. There were manuals here (https://forum.simflight.com/topic/84559-tower3d-pro-user-manual-annotated/) but they're no longer available.
