I have been going through every ys game getting 100% achievements. Just before starting this, I finished Ys Seven and I loved the new party system and completing everything on nightmare from start to finish was very doable and fun. Memories of celceta is an all around upgrade to the system in both fidelity and gameplay. The characters don't have tons of depth but are decent enough to care about at some points, the story is kind of meh but overall I would suggest playing this game. Some achievements are a bit of a pain if you are not paying attention to every corner of the map (both dungeon and world map). Learn from my mistake and make sure you check every corner so you don't have to run through the entire game again!

One of the weakest and most boring entries in the series. Played it on PS4.
