No movement ability with Index controllers.
Movement controls do not seem to function. Everything seems to work fine.

You mean the hands in-game aren't moving when you move the controllers around in the air?

I'm playing on Valve Index as well. Have not experienced this problem.

I cant move my character. Can't move around the world. can't walk,

I have the same issue, hand tracking works fine but I can´t move or rotate at all?
Edit. Forgot to mention that I am using Reverb G2 with index controllers

I also cannot move around the play space. I have the same G2 + Index Controllers setup and nada. I wanna play!

I am also having this issue as HP Reverb G2 + Index controllers. Posting just so devs know there's another of us

Had the same issue with Reverb G2 + Index Controllers "Mixed Reality" Setup and the default controller bindings.
I remapped the controller bindings in SteamVR of the left and right Thumbstick Position binding from "Left / Right Trackpad Position / Value" to "Left / Right Second Trackpad Position / Value".
This fixed it for me.
