Thanks for addressing the issue! If it wasn't being used as intended, I suppose it can't be helped. I'm just sad those who were only playing bot games get affected by the change as well. Maybe in the future there could be some time of progression added for those folks or for people who want to just play with friends? Even if it's lesser than the stuff people who use the matchmaking que get. Either way, happy we get a dev response!

You won't force me to stop playing vs bots and start playing vs players. For me it's just losing reward for good.

You should then add a benefit for players who want to play against bots.
Also atm it's sometimes very hard to get an opponent in a pvp match because there are not many players in game, should the players then sit and wait this long time or can they play a game vs a bot?
maybe let them play against a bot with benefits when they get no opponet after some time?

@Arakus There's an option in the settings that lets you play against bots for the usual vault rewards if the queue times are too long.
Not really worth it for new players to spend time to queue over and over and lose XX-times in a row against players with much more powerful decks just for 25 chroma.

@C.M.P You make it sound as if you're losing every game you play against a player. :( I have a feeling that's a gross over-exagggeration. Besides, the FWoTD bonus (and the weekly wins) are incidental benefits of the main vault-unlocking progression that is in now. You work towards unlocking a vault, and if you get that first win then it's a nice little boost to speed you along. If not, you just keep going as always.

I think it's fair for them to say that if a feature isn't working as they intended that they feel the need to fix it. I just hope they seriously consider providing some sort of progression or benefit to people who play bots only, since they weren't the ones "gaming the system."

Basically they have a fine line to tread here: they want to use rewards to encourage people to PVP because pvp needs a large community, so they tie faster advancement into that or pvp will be a dead area and nobody can get a match...
But those who refuse to pvp like myself need a way to advance as well.
Also, they need to remove the notification for first win rewards from PvE. I've seen it 25 times today. Gotten nothing.
