I noticed that, in the new UI, you cannot set the map to "random." This isn't a major issue by any means, but I don't exactly see why you got rid of it. Was it a consious choice to remove it, or will it be coming back at some point?

P.S. I love this game as a whole. Great Job! I can't wait to see all the completed art!

The rank system is weak, you've got no form of community, you threw that away. Twitch was good enough to keep a stable community now all I've got is on duty and off duty. The friend system doesn't even work. Add lobbies for heavens sake.

You need to think about that test you did with the 1-2 mana system. It made the game even, like Street Fighter, and you had to to play a certain way and it sped games up, added a level of tactic to the otherwise slow build up play we had before. Right now, all I'm thinking about is my team plan, which will always be the same because of the slow build up play, sit back, build units then attack. Go ranged, go melee depending on your pick. With the fast position based gameplay we had during the test, it was more about tactical movement and playing the meta board game as opposed to ranged, melee and numbers, I loved it. Why isn't there a second mode? Or something along those lines... :)

You want to make this game competitive right? It's overly slow right now, no sense of high level play, just good units, the middle ground mana system bores me to death. Bring back the 1-2 Mana system in the test, add a second game mode if it'll hurt the unit balance. Seriously guys, all I wait for now is the new art.. and you stopped that.. so right now it's just my team vs the same old plus or minus a balance adjustment or two.

Right now, Vardan is boring to play with, he has to play lame against everyone except Mori, you're missing the positional meta game in favour of unit building and combinations.

I have a Bachelors in Game Design and have over 2k hours on Street Fighter, 900 on Chivalry, Chess Champion at my High School and can make a game from scratch C# or otherwise. I really like this game. Keep it up! Please add endless lobbies so we can train!

The only way I get any enjoyment anymore is using the Rook, and it's too easy. It's like, Blitz or 30min games on Chess.com you get me?

For folks that might've not seen the other posts on this forum by Envesy, to summarize what the devs said on the Discord: They're doing contract work non-related to Shardbound to earn enough to keep Spiritwalk open until they secure a deal to finish the game (see: Roadblock update). Seems like they might have long-term options in the works, but nothing they can comment on.
