What is up with this achievement. I worked my ass off to unlock every weapon, including triple magma, guts+newt tongue etc. And now I've grabbed the final item twice (the mace) and the achievement doesnt pop even though I can see every weapon in the game.....

Double firerate item + purple 3 shot burst blaster. It will literally kill every boss within 2 seconds. Hope this helps
