Is it possible to farm for items, money, or essences? I noticed that enemies do not appear to respawn (At least in the first area of Thole), but perhaps there was other ways to get more items/money/essences than what the RNG gods grant the player.

From what I understand, it's possible to save scum certain drops, but that seems extremely tedious and unrewarding ultimately. Is everything a finite resource? What about getting more soul charge for the player's soul stone?

I know you can recharge it by killing enemies or paying for a recharge (Shadow trader), but if these things are finite resources, that is kind of a bummer.
