it crashes constantly within about a minute or two, WTF?

I just bought this game, it crashes constantly within about a minute or two, WTF?

My game keeps crashing a few minutes after startup. I thought maybe my gaming laptop didn't have good enough specs but after upgrading to a good gaming pc, it is still crashing. Unfortunate because sometimes I want to play just to relax.
