Suddenly no voiced dialogue bug

Suddenly got this weird bug where there's no voice dialogue at all even though voice volume is turned up, and only Mundy's voice lines are audible. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and restarting my PC and this problem persists. I don't know if this problem is even fixable it's so random.

Unfortunately going through previous posts, multiple people have noted this issue, but it doesn't appear that anyone has found a solution and the company that made this game is no longer running.

I tried on an old computer and I tried on a new computer and had the same issue.

Strange. WHat OS are you running? Just trying to figure out a cause. Im even using a sound card and mine worked fine. I have a soundblaster. Try updating all of your drivers.

Are you just using the onboard sound on your mother board?
