beyond that i'd recommend listing additional hardware components and configuration to see if maybe someone can see something wrong 'at a glance'.
but no worries if you wanna call it a day. i get it.
I play everything maxed out on an rtx 4060 8b with a bit of supersampling, but I only get away with that by using the performance booster and because my target fps is only 60.
I swear it seems to run better some days than others, and I've noticed it can sometimes appear choppy like there are bad frame times though I've not been able to measure what is happening. I think a lot of it is just me depending on how much I'm noticing/imagining things that day.
I played this on ps4 years ago and I'm mostly just happy that the game loads quickly now more than anything.
