Looks reasonable to me. Spent a long time in high rank before moving into Iceborne stuff.
Check the profile or look at the Guild Card. Cheaters always have something missing. Like achievements or awards.
HR quests only give HR.
MR quests give both MR and HR.
Seems fine, like someone stayed in HR forever before getting IB.
It's normal to have less MR than HR

But having more MR than HR however..
Well, it's unrelated to the OP, so.

having more MR than HR is impossible?
I guess unless you didn't unlock the HR cap which it will just hide the actual HR behind that cap. I don't know,

HR caps go bye bye as soon as you touch MR.

Well duh , in order to even start earning MR you NEED to complete the main HR campaing , so you will be at least HR24 before you even touch MR.

What if you go straight for Master rank, then spend a long time farming MR with the quests that give an increased amount of it? Unless those quests also boost HR obtained at the same time, you'd eventually end up with MR higher than HR. I have never seen that in practice and never bothered farming those quests to know exactly how they interact with HR.

MR quests give points towards HR and MR levels, i think its actually the same amount for both?

you can get to MR 1 with HR 16. its actually a hige pain in the ass being able to do MR hunts but not certain HR ones due to the arbitrary number requirement

MR quests give the same ammount of HR , iirc it even says "increased HR/MR" giving you the same of both.
