Wtf is the ending?
Is it a family video or something??? Also why no items or achievements?

It's a free game, what did you expect. Yes, the end is a video of him growing up and giving his meaning to life.

the entire game is of you in a sort purgatory or coma after getting hit by a car told in the beginning cut scene with the car crash sound effect and the hospital sounds as you first get on the skate board , so the point of the ending is that you are watching your life flash before your eyes or the creators.
