A Few Dog Gone Questions

1. does this game have any pre-order/limited time/exclusive content?
2. Is there anything permanently missable (even the best ending or rank)?
3. Is this game identical on all platforms? (including the Switch version having an in-game achievement system.)
4. Are there any in-game bonuses for owning a different game?

In a single gameplay run? yes but I think you're asking, by permanent - for the whole game/life, so... nop

Thanks! For the last one I was wondering if there was a bonus like unlocking the Olimar trophy in Super Smash Bros Melee for having Pikmin save data.
