the octocar is nearby the helicopter in the beginning of the game. The same for Liza and Kilmer... keep searching nearby that area.

you have to jump with your car from a ramp. Look for the ramp and find your way to jump from it

Down to the last hidden achievement, but I'm at a loss.
Looked around for hints, but the only thing I found was the title and description.

lol using the clues "Game Over - the game was over before it started" and "hidden animation" with a picture of a helicopter, i was able to crack the last achievement.

*achievement spoiler*
just watch the credits from the main menu.
