I received PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS as a gift through Steam on August 27, 2017, and I have been an active player ever since. As you know, PUBG offered Plus Membership to veteran players, but this membership has not been applied to my account.

I contacted Steam Support regarding this issue, and they provided the following response:

Since the game was gifted to me, there is no purchase record, and they informed me that this matter must be resolved by the PUBG support team.
